New Resources: HHS Adult ART Guidelines – Initial Therapy

Training slides covering U.S. HHS treatment recommendations related to starting antiretroviral therapy (ART) in people with HIV infection.

Topics include initial screening, regimen selection, and characterization of individual medications. Laboratory testing presentation covers recommendations for initial and ongoing laboratory monitoring, including HIV RNA, CD4, drug resistance, HLA-B*5701, coreceptor tropism, and other tests.

Training slides are available in English and Spanish.
