HIV Leadership Initiative
The HIV Leadership Initiative is dedicated to strengthening leadership and fostering professional growth for those whose leadership is vital to communities most affected by HIV. Through online and in-person learning sessions, the initiative provides space to cultivate leadership by co-creating a supporting and inclusive environment where leaders can connect and thrive in a holistic approach to sexual health. This initiative supports the growth of an HIV workforce that is connected to and reflective of the communities it serves.
Introducing the Learning Collaborative
As part of this initiative, the Learning Collaborative is a one-year program designed to elevate and support cohort leaders across the HIV workforce, from emerging to experienced.
What Can You Expect?
Kickoff Event: An in-person introduction to set the stage for community building, program initiation, and shared goals.
Monthly Sessions: Interactive workshops on leadership, career advancement, and managing systemic barriers.
Networking Opportunities: Build valuable connections with peers and experienced leaders in the field.
Mentorship: Opportunities to connect with others, share insights, and receive support.
