Jae Rouse Iñiguez, MSHA, MA is a management, leadership, and community-engagement expert with over 20 years’ experience in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. They’ve managed projects with departments of public health partnerships, with academic health center teams and clinic-based teams in a variety of practice settings. As our UCSF Family & Community Medicine manager they are responsible for administration and operations, contracts, finance, personnel, and HR for all grants awarded to the Training and Health Equity Collaborative (THE Collaborative) administrative unit. They are also a doctoral candidate at Johns Hopkins School of Education, where their practice focuses on leadership initiatives to sustain career pathways into medicine. Outside of work they enjoy playing music in local bands, and spending time with their partner and rescue dogs.
