Transgender Day of Remembrance (November 20)
Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR), is an annual observance on November 20 that honors the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence that year. According to the Washington Post, 2021 has been the deadliest year on record for transgender and nonbinary people.
