Pacific AETC – Hawai‘i & US-Affiliated Pacific Islands (Pacific AETC – HIAPI) is based in Honolulu and serves the state of Hawai‘i, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.

We strive to expand the number and ability of HIV care professionals and organizations throughout Hawai‘i and the US-Affiliated Pacific to provide high-quality HIV-related services with a health equity lens. We work with all members of the healthcare and community services teams on care and treatment across the HIV care spectrum for people living with or at risk of acquiring HIV infection, and managing comorbidities associated with HIV. Through direct, on-site training, as well as distance learning methods, the Pacific AETC – HIAPI bridges the enormous distances of the region to strengthen HIV clinical care, testing, and prevention efforts.
