NHAHC is launching the Housing Options Made for Ending the Epidemic (HOME) TA Center! 

This TA Center aims to provide cutting-edge technical assistance to guide organizations in increasing housing and supportive opportunities for persons living with HIV/AIDS (PWH) and persons most vulnerable to HIV/AIDS to End the HIV Epidemic. By supporting organizations and state/local municipalities in developing and implementing a housing plan that leverages resources and other funds to improve the health outcomes of persons experiencing homelessness in your communities. Please feel free to share with colleagues, Community-Based Organizations, stakeholders, and other partners who may be interested.
