The Care and Wellbeing Center invites you to their program showcase,
United in Aging: A World AIDS Day Commemoration, on
December 6th, 10:00 – 11:30 AM Pacific Time.
This special gathering will highlight best practices from eight grantees in the Western U.S. aimed at addressing social isolation, supporting care navigation for diverse older adults, and empowering community members through education and storytelling.
