As our nation continues to evolve in understanding and addressing the multi-layered needs of people aging with HIV, the importance of collaboration in care has never been more crucial. This is the driving force behind the Collaboration in Care Conference: Empowered Aging, Thriving Beyond HIV—a unique conference that aims to unite healthcare professionals, social service providers, long-term care providers, and advocates to share knowledge, experiences, and strategies for advancing care and equity.

We’ll have two key opportunities to join virtually:

  • September 18th, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time: a film screening, discussion, and policy update to promote health equity and celebrate National HIV and Aging Awareness Day!
  • September 19th, 1:30 PM – 2:45 PM Pacific Time: a hybrid listening session with Francisco Ruiz, Director of the Office of National AIDS Policy, to inform the next National HIV/AIDS Strategy.
