Collaboration in Care Conference: Empowered Aging, Thriving Beyond HIV
Thanks to advances in medications, health systems, and community support, people living with HIV can live long, healthy lives. This is the first generation of people to age with HIV and we are excited to invite you to the Collaboration in Care Conference: Empowered Aging, Thriving Beyond HIV.
We’re excited to announce a pre-conference policy update and listening session with ONAP Director, Francisco Ruiz! Together, leaders and service providers across the HIV and Aging service spheres will come together to address the most pressing challenges in our communities.
This conference is organized in collaboration with our sister program: the Care and Wellbeing Center (CWC). All service providers are welcome to learn key strategies and models from both HIV services and Aging services.
*Government rate rooms are SOLD OUT, limited discounted rate rooms are available at the conference venue. Hotel room booking information is available immediately after registration. Hotel booking deadline is Wednesday, August 21.*
