Resource: RWHAP SPNS Evidence-Informed Approaches to Improving Health Outcomes for People Living with HIV
Posted April 7, 2021In partnership with NASTAD’s Center for Innovation and Engagement (CIE), the RWHAP SPNS program is pleased to announce the release of various resources from the initiative “Evidence-Informed Approaches to Improving Health Outcomes for People Living with HIV.” The initiative has identified and catalogued resources that can be used throughout the RWHAP, and is now disseminating and supporting the replication of such evidence-informed approaches. Resources available on the new CIE website and TargetHIV include implementation guides and materials to support replication of intervention models that provide statistically significant improvements in HIV care and treatment outcomes. Additional tools available include a calculator to project replication costs and support planning of replication activities, tip sheets, and COVID-19 considerations.
