On Monday, May 13th at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, two demonstration sites, funded by the HRSA/HAB Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) program, will share strategies for optimizing human resources, streamlining processes, and improving healthcare quality in HIV Primary Care programs. Speakers will describe how to: design innovative Practice Transformative Models (PTMs) for the delivery of HIV services; reduce silos in healthcare organizations; build effective multidisciplinary teams; and expand training in HIV medicine for primary care providers. Presenters will share their experiences, lessons learned, and provide practical knowledge about how to implement and sustain a PTM.
