Alcohol & HIV: What Clinicians Need to Know Curriculum

Description

This interactive training curriculum from Pacific Southwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center with the University of California Los Angeles and Charles R. Drew University Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center, offers HIV providers from all disciplines a detailed overview of alcohol abuse, its relationship with HIV/AIDS, and effective behavioral and medical approaches for treating alcohol‐dependent individuals. In addition to didactic information, the curriculum makes available ARS (audience response system) questions as well as optional group activities/role plays throughout the presentation.
