1. Differentiate the currently available Single Tablet Regimens (STRs) for the treatment of HIV in respect to their variation in efficacy and tolerability.
2. Counsel on the various food restrictions for the currently available STRs.
3. Identify to the possible adverse events or abnormal laboratory markers as they relate to the STRs.
4. Counsel patients on the importance of HIV medication adherence.

This 1.5 hour PAETC webinar, presented by Dr. Edward Cachay, MD, Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine and Medical Director of the HIV Hepatitis Co-infection Clinic at UCSD Medical Center, will discuss the barriers to care in initiating HCV treatment and update providers on identifying appropriate HCV therapies and therapeutic outcomes.
