Pre-exposure prophylaxis, or PrEP, is a way for people who do not have HIV but who are at substantial risk of getting it to prevent HIV infection by taking a pill every day. PrEP is becoming the mainstay of HIV prevention. More patients than we know would be good candidates for the medication. Come join us to learn how to give a fast and easy assessment of who might benefit from PrEP, understand effectiveness of the medication, get your billing questions answered and know the resources available to support patients.
